David E. Matlusky was born and raised in Greenville, Delaware. David graduated from the Tatnall School in 1989, and received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1993. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1998. David also received a Masters of Law (L.L.M.) at Widener University School of Law in Corporate Financial Law in 2002. At Widener, David was a founding member of the Real Estate Development Society, and earned a certificate of achievement in Corporate Law & Finance.

David is a member of the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey State Bar, and also became admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the District of Delaware. David is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council and the State of Delaware Real Estate Bar Committee.
